If you like to go to a store where you are ignored at the paint counter while two associates work on the computer or if you want to look at appliances but have no chance of asking a question or buying (as it is never staffed) then shop at this store.
The third time was not the charm is trying to get someone to come out for a cabinet refacing job. The first two appointments just a complete no show. The third, set for tonight, was just cancelled. I guess you don't need the business. But what a crappy job of customer service. I will be shopping at Lowe's from now on.
FELLOW Veterans, BOYCOTT this store. I have been waiting for over a year for a refund from them. The HD store took my paid for merchandize from my home and NEVER refunded my monies. Sabrina in the store is not to be trusted. I have everything in writing from HD employee Sabrina and yet they still do not refund my monies.
Thanks H D Sterling. You really came through & Manager B. made it happen.
