I returned items to the store in Sterling VA. I received a store credit. Today I tried to redeem the store credit and apparently my name does not match to the store credit name and I can't get my money for items I returned. The customer service guy basically implied that I took this card from someone. Congratulations home depot of cheating me out of my returned purchases money and insulting me by implying I stole this store credit from someone.
Customers need help and a dozen of your employees are standing in a circle at the front of the store doing calisthenics. What a joke!!!
Trying to buy a dishwasher. Literally waiting for the ONLY person evidentially who can sell it to us for over 40 minutes now. Totally unacceptable - you should have more staff on a Sunday.
Don’t be slow to respond when a child and dog are in danger of heatstroke in your parking lot. You should have immediately paged your store when I gave you the vehicle information. All you had to do was a page. The store wasted time instead of taking appropriate and urgent action. All that you had to do was page the vehicle owners. It was a public service. Someone could have died while you were taking your time.
Terrible customer serive. Who thought it was a good idea to place 24 inch monitor so that the customer had to look at them?
Customer Service is Excellent. Every single employee that works there is always so nice and offers to help you whenever you need help with anything that has to do with home improvement.
Rhonda is the sweetest and most helpful cashier in this store. :-)
