So disappointed in HD lately. They won't price match but Lowe's will! And they sold me a faulty lawn mower that didn't even last 1 season. I purchased a warranty but they won't let me use it bc it still has manufacturers warranty.... And I have to pay them to fix it. A simple Google search shipped that the motor is garbage and everyone that bought one is having the same problem. I should have known I was in trouble when I saw 10+ of the same lawn mower sitting there waiting to be repaired. I'm pissed to say the least.
Never again will I buy from them! Stood in the store for over 30 mins nobody offered to help until 5 mins before closing time and they started making comments over the intercom for us to leave! For now on lowes will get my busy and I will be making a call to corporate!
HD i will never make a purchase from you again. Mid Inc who you are contracted with are the worst logistics company out there. The drivers are in capable of delivering and crude. Pls ppl go somewhere else.
