We go here for just about everything home related. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
After having no luck finding snow sleds, I went to this store and was pleasantly surprised when a rep gave two sleds free to my kids as a good gesture. In general everyone is very helpful at this location every time I have visited.
Just left there, everyone was standing around waiting for closing time. Asked for help on a board and batten project and the looked at me like I was crazy and said he'd never heard of it...clueless and not helpful.
What a joke! I was on the schedule for today to have my gutters installed, and have waited around all morning. My husband even took off work to make sure this is done properly. I have been playing phone tag all morning with them to find out where the installers are. Their response, was they may have had to reschedule. When I asked why I wasn't notified, no one seems to have an answer nor do they seem to care.
