RecommendedI have done a number of projects recently using on line orders at this Home Depot. These folks are on top of it EVERY TIME!!!! DO NOT GO TO LOWE'S .... WORST SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES EVER AT LOWES MIDLOTHIAN !!!!!!!!
We had the best experience today with a young man from customer service named David. We did a pick up order. He was pleasant and funny. Great energy and personality on that one! Thanks Sweet Jesus for David in customer service!
Well Home Depot did it again sent the installer to my home instead of the place where the address had been put on many many orders. I am fed up beyond belief over trying to get cabinets ordered & installed. This is just insane.
Really pitiful service. Stood around for 45 minutes waiting on someone to advise me concerning their lumber inventory..
Did not have in store what I was looking for. Salesman looked up item on computer, wasn't supposed to be delivered for 2 weeks but I could order it on-line and get it in 10 days. I don't need it in 10 days, I need it now. Needless to say I didn't leave with what I came for
Thanks to the lazy associate that told me he'd help me load an outdoor dining table at store 4627 and never bothered to show up, I now have injured my back after having to load the table on the top of my SUV BY MYSELF. I guess the 61 degree/ cloudy weather was too harsh or maybe that customer at returns really needed a third person to stand by and watch their return. Your excellent customer care once again confirms my loyalty to Lowes. Never again - what was I thinking?
