I've always loved The Home Depot. However, when I moved to American Fork I learned that not all Home Depots are created equal. Save yourself time and money and go to Lowes. Lowes has price matched and beat Sears/Home Depot/Best Buy on every single appliance we have bought for our home. Sears always has killer deals but I don't want to drive to get the appliance. Rest assured that Lowes, without question, will price match. Home Depot will not.
This is customer service! Tonight I needed help cutting a masonry brick for landscaping. Being a gal, there is no way in the world I would even begin to know how to operate a masonry saw. Scott went above and beyond to take time away from his night and go out in the cold dark parking lot and cut my brick for me. I'm truly so grateful. I will absolutely be back, and send anyone I know to this store for all of their needs. Thank you Scott!
It's apparent that they aren't concerned about profits. I went here to get blinds for my house. I had already taken exact measurements, and ready to have them cut. I called several times for some assistance, and nobody would come. I used my cell and called the store. I waited on hold and still couldn't get any service. I ended up calling Lowes from inside Home Depot and asked if they wanted my money instead.
Firing mentally disabled employees without warning. What a disgrace. Will no long shop here. Shame on you
I am locked in a extended warranty battle to get my washer that is 3 years old either fixed or replaced. No help from the customer service or their reps in what they are going to do. Been without a washer for 3 weeks now and am spending lots of money washing my clothes at a laundromat. Verty upsetting and frustrated.
