@homedepot. You are not protecting your employees or customers from non mask wearing thugs who roam your stores and degrade and intimidate. What are you going to do?
RecommendedGreat customer service. I rented a dehumidifier that ended up not working (another one did work, so it was the machine not the room) and they were really understanding and refunded my rental without me asking. The initial rental guy was very knowledgeable and helpful, as well.
Went to curbside pickup. Took our name and order number. Waited 1 1/2 hours. We were told they only had 2 people working it. No estimated time, no idea in how many people in front of us, and they were working the front and back of the building with those two people. This was after we ordered online the previous day and received the text saying our order was ready.
We drove from Saratoga to purchase over 3500.00 worth of appliances.. after over a hour of waiting.. nobody could or would help us as they had no “associates” trained in appliances in??? So we went over to Lowe’s across the street & were treated like royalty & even saved $$! This location is awful with customers! Worst experience at a Home Depot !!!
They were very helpful and stuck with the issue we had until it was resolved. I’ll be going back there.
Quit forcing self checks out on people. If I want to check myself out after purchasing stuff. I would sit in my underwear and buy stuff from Amazon!!!!!!! I am shopping at Lowe's across the street from now on!!! They have real checkers with smiles on!!!
Ever time I ask for help they say they’ll call someone. I end up asking someone to “call someone” 3 times every visit. I always end up watching YouTube in the store to help me answer the question. They label things as a bulk order, but when I check out they always charge me per item, even though it’s in a pack and I can’t just buy 1. I’ve never gotten even semi-good service at this location. And I’m not going to try and change it, I’m just going to their competitor across the street. It makes me sad, but I’ve given them year... read more
This store is the worst in the valley. No help at all. I'll drive elsewhere.
