I am a contractor and a lot of my business is service calls after 3:30 when people get home from work. It is a huge inconvenience that you guys decided to start closing the contractors side of your store at 5 o'clock. So if I go to make a bigger purchase I don't have to track down somebody to open the contractors side of your store to get loaded onto my trailer. I took 3 girlscouts n to a craft day & they all made a toolbox & painted it & had lots of FUN!!!
After an awful customer experience this morning, home depot completely redeemed themselves with their amazing manager named Edd. Who personally escorted us around the store, finding our products with a big smile. Thank you
Tried to buy an over the range microwave that was in-stock but would have to pay a higher installation fee than if I had the stupid thing delivered (for and additional $60). So rather than give your store a sale and take some merchandise you had sitting right there, I walked out without giving you a dime. Charging higher for installation just because you can is terrible and lost you a sale.
