RecommendedGreat people great company great prices
No one ever wants to help here, they are no where in sight. I ordered a stove from here and the delivery was horrible. The drivers did not hook up new one or haul away old one. I paid $45 for this and need a refund. I can't get any help on the phone or on line.
I shop here a lot and most of the employees are very helpful. Not that the others are not, just not as knowledgeable. Last week, I went in with three projects I was in the midst of and Greg was not only able to find solutions to all three but took me around to each section to make sure I got the right thing. He spent at least 20 minutes listening to my design ideas and formulating a plan for successful completion. Customer service like that is a rarity these days and it is most appreciated by this customer!
Had to purchase a new washer and there were two employees in appliances that were just awesome, Esteban and I didnt get the girls name. They both took the time to give me details on a few washers before I chose one for purchase. I would like to see them again real soon for a refrigerator....
Their curbside service is absolutely the worst. They left my package out by my car.I had waited in the cubside parking lane and no one came. Mind you I also called ahead. So then I called and they told me they were extremely backed up and told me to come inside to pick it up. I wait in line once I finally get to the front of the line they tell me that my package is out by my vehicle, they just left it there. Anyone could of stolen my item. I never leave reviews but this experience left me so sad. I came into the store ready to buy several houseplants and they were all dead or in horrible condition. Meanwhile, I saw multiple workers standing around. Also, they were asking $99 for one of the dead plants.
They have the best customer service of any store like it in the area.
