I debated on posting this and/or even giving you a review. I was in this location about three weeks ago. One. I had great customer service finding what I was looking for but it seemed when I asked for help to lift a fucking toolbox I got told I look pretty capable of doing it myself. I laughed and said whatever and then he decided to help me after that. Then no one helped me load it into my truck. What a show of pure laziness. Two. Installation day for our new slider to get rid of a crap door this is our “new” door because somewhere, someone really screwed up and sent wrong frame (special order). I have to live with this until god knows when. This is what $2000 buys ya
I came to the garden department on May 8 and was greeted by a VERY HELPFUL Employee, Greg. He was incredibly helpful and my entire experience was wonderful. Lots of employees and customers made friends with my little dog while we were shopping. I will be back.

I've been standing @ the customer service desk waiting, trying to pick up an online order. I've been standing here since 9:00. I've seen multiple employees walk past me. Not one person has asked if I need help or anything. I will take all future purchases to Menards.
