You have some good helpful people, but you're missing a lot of large carts for transporting large purchased goods. I think you need to buy more carts and secure them as I think they're being stolen… There's so FEW of them. I think the parking lot needs to be cleaned more often, I can't believe how much trash left by customers there. ...however I think the employees are well-trained and are helpful, contrary to other comments made on this page

Algunos empleados son despotas y groseros, desconocen lo que significa el buen "Servicio al Cliente". Seria recomendable que recibieran una inducción al respecto. Ellos como miembros de una sociedad, en algún momento también son clientes y no creo que les gustaría ser maltratados.....

I must confess that I've never felt confident shopping at Home Depot or any other hardware store. And, it maybe because I lack knowledge in hardware or any kind of home improvement projects so Ive felt a bit of intimidation asking for help.
