RecommendedService was fast in and out
Getting their sh.t together.. hours of hold time, miscommunication and disorganization! Al the assistant manager went over and above to process a return of a fence product misrepresented on the corporate website. The fence was picked up on Saturday and the return is still not processed on Tuesday! This store needs to be restaffed asap!

Just go to other location or other retailer! Ordered windows for 3k and order was processed wrong 3 times! Waited for 2 months and still didn’t get right parts, no one understands what they do at North Bergen location.spoke with Fanny manager, Katherine, and 4 more people... all I hear that I will get it and they keep ordering total bs
Would give 0 out of 5 stars if possible. We ordered a fridge more than 3 weeks ago and since then, Home Depot has delivered us broken refrigerators, TWICE. They also pushed back a delivery which was ridiculous but even more ridiculous, they sent us another broken fridge. They must only have broken appliances in their warehouse. It's been over 90 degrees! This is seriously not acceptable.
The customer service we received from the flooring section was beyond exceptional.
