I was just there to look at some flowers to plant--I asked one of your "customer service representatives" a question about price and he treated me like I was the stupidest woman he had met today. You can believe that I went straight down the road to Lowes--maybe you need to give a seminar on how to treat customers.
Very unhappy with this store, their management, and their sub-contractor Custom Floors. I had a paid in full contract for delivery and install of carpet today. One, lone installer shows up to do a job clearly needing 2 or 3 people- 2,000. sq ft. He said he could do part of the job but not all of it and left. A store of this magnitude was not prepared with a plan B. They claimed the sub-contractor was one of the best and doing business with them for 20 years!
