Went in to buy a shpvac for my husband who had his birthday yesterday and had a specific one in mind from your website. Had it in cart headed for checkout when a nice sales associate stopped us and asked if we had seen the one on sale for pre Black Friday, he explained differences and price and even exchanged them for us into the cart! Home depot has let us down once again by hiring RAS as a unreliable delivery company- with unprofessional employees. They do not document calls, save changes in scheduling or acknowledge calling back customers when they say they will call you back. I would definitely look to the local businesses for appliances vs. home depot! They do not even keep very many appliances in stock!
I usually love going to this store. I buy a lot of flowers,/plants during the Spring Season. This past weekend my Husband and I had a not so good experience in the plumbing department. We went to buy a shower and faucet, but you have 2 employees that need some attitude adjustments. We almost left and took our business to Lowes !!!!! We did finally buy what we needed without help. The only reason I even give them a fair is that they do have the widest selection to choose from and the cashiers are nice. If you any other type of help whatsoever you are on your own. I had a question about a tile project (asking if they could do it) and the lady showed no interest in getting my business. Also, no one EVER asks if you need help, and the associates conveniently disappear when they see you on an aisle. Perhaps they just aren't knowledgeable and avoid you because of that? Real friendly people work in the store. The cashiers were also helpful when checking out unlike some stores.
