I bought appliance from home depot...fridge is not working.wirhin few days...there giving me hard time about returning it..not happy. should have gone to lowes...i refuse to pay for non working appiance!!!!

I had went to this store to specifically to purchase a backsplash and tile flooring who I had called ahead of time to make sure they had it long story short the store employee was ignorant. Then was told 3 different stories whether you had it or not. She seemed like I was a bother to her!

I went to the MI store tonite to buy laminate flooring for a project. When it came time for help, I asked 3 separate employees who told me " its not my department" or "I don't work in flooring" and walked away without even making any real eye contact! I was so frustrated I was about to walk out. I ran across one more employee, so I asked if flooring was his department, figuring it would be another dead end. Well, thank you JAMES. I went to the Murrells Inlet SC store to purchase a front load Whirlpool Washer. They 3rd party installer would not install on our existing Whirlpool pedestal. They wouldn't do it even for a fee. I called a Whirlpool Representative and was told only 4 screws are required to re-mount the new unit to the old pedestal. We purchased the same washer at Lowes today. Very poor customer service by Home Depot.
