The cashier at the checkout was very pushy. She wouldn't accept no as an answer that we did not want a Home Depot credit card. After repeatedly declining a Home Depot card, she questioned, "What's the matter? Don't you like Home Depot?" I had to finally ask her to please not be pushy. Then she attempted to alter the policy on competitors coupons claiming that it had to be on a Home Depot credit card. This is not a store that I would considering to go back to due to the customer service.
Just waited in flooring for 20 minutes after someone was paged and they never came! We left and there was about 5 employees standing around talking to each other! Taking my business to Lowe's if this is how you treat customers!
