I want to say thank you for the help I received from the lady in the paint department. She retinted paint for me that I thought was the right color from Walmart. Wal-Mart told me to bring it back because they would only refund my money. I purchased some other items while I was there. Thank you to your associates. You helped me out in a pinch.

Home depot are crooks! I returned an item and they didnt credit the return back to my account! No one seems to be able to help!

Let me just start by saying that the Lorain, OH store lost a $3,200.00 sale to Lowes yesterday. The salesperson in appliances was more interested in another couple by us, which already had someone attending to them, than taking the time to answer our questions. Everytime we tried to ask something he vaguely answered then looked away at them. Then just abruptly walked away from us and over to them. At that point we walked out and went to Lowes where the salesman was very helpful and got our sale.
