Wish I got the employees name that helped my son and I. He was so very helpful and patient! He was also very knowledgeable in the plumbing section. When I return to the store I will thank him again, hopefully he is working, but I will look for him for further help!

I'm sorry, but associates in Building and Hardware, are not knowledgeable enough to work there. I have to completely describe what I'm looking for, then to be told that they don't have it. Knowing full well that they still don't know what I was talking about.
