I had to waited OVER 30 minutes just to even find someone who was willing and able to sell me a washer and dryer! Once someone was finally found, I found out that this is a scheduling issue! Only one person was scheduled to work the entire appliance department, and they are required to go on breaks. I can't help but wonder how a company so huge still has not figured out how to properly schedule their employees! Wondering why what I posted yesterday is being hidden. My carpet installation took 10 hours because only one little guy was sent out to do A WHOLE HOUSE. My contract stated installers would move furniture except three large items, and when he got here he said, "I don't move furniture". So after spending the previous day clearing out closets and moving the heavy things, I had to do more once he arrived. I should be compensated for this lousy service. Not the installer's fault, he worked his butt off. This is all on Home Depot... read more
New customer service layout is not good. Had difficulty with staff there not waiting on us. Liked the garden center and its staff. Hope to see improvements with the customer service after they are open for awhile

Friendly staff. The Grad opening was a nice event yesterday. Looks sharp.
I am working on the team that is setting up the store. It is not open for business yet. Grand opening is March 30 at 6 AM.
