I purchased Levolor Custom Panels probably 4 months ago. Jessica has attempted to assist me. Levolor has lost the panels 2x. The gentlemen that first put them on was unprofessional and did a horrible job. New panels had to be ordered and Levolor lost them again. My panels are still not fix, I am beyond frustrated and have now contacted BBB

Just spent over 30 minutes on hold trying to straighten out their mistake with my online store pickup order (they marked me as having picked up over $800 worth of merchandise that I didn’t get yet). Now I’m driving to the store because no one can answer the phones.
Delivered and installed the wrong microwave. Local store not very helpful in getting this resolved, they said nothing could be done. Luckily online services took care of and were much more knowledgeable and manager like than manager I spoke with one phone, and in person.
This is a fantastic store with great happy employees who are willing to help every customer. I love it!!!
Computer folks are total morons........lost my business.......
