Here is a friendly tip DO NOT EVER USE HomeDepot appliance delivery... If they are unable to enter a gated community of 800 plus homes. They apprently could not figure out how to get in. So they leave. We call HomeDepot back within 10 minutes of yhem calling us to find out what they are at because there are 6 gates in to the community. Spend to hours trying to have someone make the decision to have them tirn around. They keep saying they cannot deviate from their route. looked online for upright freezers, found one it said they had it in this store, drove 40 minutes, get there , guy was so rude when i asked where i could find it, he said we don't have any. i showed him the app, he could have cared less. never offered to order one or check another store, said i am waiting on her right now, a lady was all the way down 3 aisles, he was at register. how rude. will never shop here again. we will keep to Lowes

I tried calling on Monday to set up a delivery of sod for Friday knowing that that’s when they receive their sod from the sod farm. They were unwilling to have it delivered on Friday when my landscaping company is only available. Big box stores could care less about an order of this size. I’m sure if the order and delivery was for $10,000. They’d fine a way to make it happen. I would not recommend this business to a friend.

I have been trying to use the online service and there has been a problem with EVER order. I know again have to carry 2 items that I ordered on line into the store to return it because it is the totally wrong item. then reorder (because they do not carry this item in the store) and ware to finish this project until the correct items are delivered to me or the store were I have to make a special trip to pick it up. Is there not pride in a job well done anymore. Why do my orders always have a problem??????
The window department is a nightmare. They screw up many many orders then blame the customer. This morons even bringing building actual drawings and yet the order the wrong windows. After much research, I’m not alone. After sales customer service is none. You can call and go to talk to managers and the to bobs( idiots) they gave there, then the pass the ball to each other to get you tired and go away. DO NOT BUT DOORS OR WINDOWS THERE. you be glad not to get into a very expensive nightmare.
