Top notch I loved the everything about the store and the atmosphere of the associates
This particular store set up is different than we are used to, but we asked 2 different workers where items were and they were very helpful. The ladies in the garden center were friendly and helpful even though it was very close to closing time.
The hometown store needs to remember that there is also a Lowes around every corner. Yesterday when shopping for Eagle Scout project supplies, the manager offered a measly $25 discount on a potential $1200 purchase....and they didn't have everything in the list. The Lowes, a mile away, had the balance of the supplies and offered a substantially larger discount for an eagle project. Was assisted by Corey last night in the Windward store and he was an awesome guy! I called the store manager to give him some kudos. The epitome of awesome customer service.
I love home depot!!! But I'm not happy with them recommending the worst company!!! ARS Universal Heating and Air. The customer service is horrible and the units stop working right after the warranty is up. They are also overpriced. If you are looking for a new HVAC stay away from ARS Universal Heating and Air.
