First, let me start with the fact that I’m not the type to review companies and never thought I would have to review Home Depot, one of my favorite companies, but now I do. I just picked up a big lumber order for a deck. I have previously avoided Home Depot because of bad customer service. This particular store however is awesome. Your pro desk employees are top notch. They were short a couple things and quickly replaced the items with ones in stock for me. I’ll definitely be looking forward to future business with this store. Thanks again!
I was in the store over the weekend. Time to checkout and there are no cashiers - only self checkout. I waited at the cashier stand for the woman who was helping others at self checkout. When she came over she told me I can do self checkout. I explained I’m not comfortable doing self checkout. She scanned my items and then pointed to one of the self checkout registers and told me to go over there to pay. You have no problem charging my credit card. But I still don't have the dishwasher that was supposed to be delivered on 11/08/17. I've called, went to the store, called 3 more times. "We will call you back" they say..... I hope there is somebody reading this comments, which seem to be useless because there are many more complaints on appliance delivery, is the poor customer service the norm of your store? I am contacting Home Depot Corporate as well. This is not the way to treat your customers.
Thousands of dollars spent between two appliances and no one seems to care once the appliances leave the store. Calls to my local home depot in Alpharetta, GA yielding little to no results for a broken refrigerator during the summer months in the southeastern part of the united states.
