We bought a new maytag dryer last Sunday the 15th was told it was a floor model never used drove a hour to get it paid 500 dollars got it home set it up coins started falling out of it ! and will not turn off no matter what setting you put it on ran straight for 12 hr very dangerous I'm very unhappy with this called home depot they said we don't take returns on appliances need to call the manufacturer !
The absolute worst customer service I've ever been given anywhere. I was refused service in the tool rental department for absolutely no reason, accused of breaking a piece of equipment I rented 4 months ago that was not damaged as I got my deposit back on, and asked to leave the store all because the guy couldn't up sell me to a larger more expensive rental that I didn't need. Horribly understaffed, zero customer service skills, employees have very little knowledge about the products that they sell. This was the worst Home Depot I have ever been in. Makes me want to be a full-time Lowe's customer.
Bill was most helpful with loading our 60 very heavy cinder blocks.
