I don’t do this very often, but after the experience I just had I feel it necessary. I purchased a new Refrigerator 2 weeks ago because our freezer went out and the fridge itself is having trouble keeping temperature. Employee sexually harassed other employee (messaged CEO Craig Manear). Perpetrator is posting guns on social media and threaten to come to my property, address was trusted to employee by Home Depot.
Over 1 hr in line at chk out over a $4800 chk that was held up over telecheck just left the stuff there and bought at Lowe’s less than 1/2 mile away at about 200$ cheaper
Currently on the phone with them, been on hold for 25 minutes and still on hold....frustrating....
Was in the store yesterday! Not happy as it has become an automated box store! No employees, garden center locked down! Pitiful What has become of customer service?? No wonder Amazon is taking over!
Not enough employees. Had to wait a long time for help. Building was extremely hot and humid.
Went in to buy airless Home Depot had online for special buy for church but manager JUSTIN wouldn’t match price even after waiting 15 minutes for him to get up front. What’s really sad I go to Lowe’s and they matched Home Depot price no questions asked. I have been using Home Depot for many years and recommended them but not anymore. If you want people to keep word and honor their own website price go to Lowe’s!!!
