poor customer service , they don't answer thier phones and they Dodge u if your in the store , never seen anything like it at any other stores
poor quality on their equipment they rent and no customer service when you tell them.. just FYI!!

Went to pick out our Christmas tree with our kiddos this morning. We were literally the only people there and the guy working in the garden section got an attitude and said they were too busy to help us. My husband had to carry the 9ft tree across the entire store so we could check out. We walked passed 3 Home Depot employees literally standing there in the garden section talking as we walked off.
the number four guy that showed up was actually a licensed plumber and was able to help out the finding the correct fitting. All the employees gave it 100% tried to help they were all great guys.
The Sherman Home Depot is very helpful, polite, courteous, and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience in The Sherman Home Depot
Charles the self check out cashier's are lazy and rude. couldn't suspend the transaction for me to go get my drivers license. Justin the assistant Manager never showed when I asked to speak with him. thanks to the Sherman store I will never give home depot another cent.
