There is NEVER anyone in any department to help people. Been waiting 20 min for them to find 1 person that works in lumber. The worst!!
Good evening I made a large purchase at your Sunrise Store plantation Florida on the 14 December 2016 order number H632921888. These item was to export seeing I live in the Bahamas. Your store manager Humberto Romero would have promise me that he would have my items ship. But after I left the stor I have not heard from him even after me leaving several messages on his phone to follow up on my goods. Can someone please assist me with ensuring my items are delivered after such a long time.
SO DISAPPOINTED in Home Depot. We went to buy paint and the only option to check out was self service. I SO DISLIKE SELF SERVICE. And it takes away jobs. They may have just lost 2 customers.
