The worst experience ever. If possible I'd give Home Depot zero stars. This company is totally incompetent and created more problems and damage to my house. All Automatic cashier broken at Saturday morning? Crazy, long lines...
I went in for a ladder, expecting them to be out of everything else. They were out of everything else. Got the ladder, it took me 20 minutes. Average experience, nothing ventured nothing lost.
We are prepping for Hurricane Irma and all the staff was nice and helpful. I needed help securing the plywood boards to the top of my car and two employees went above and beyond assisting me.
Excellent store with a great manager and customer service. So so extremely thankful.
