Thank you Home Depot, we were waiting to pay for range and microwave with our Home Depot card for 45 min as sales associate was busy and completely ignored us. 2 employees walked through area and when I asked for help they replied not their area. We left and went to Best Buy and received superb customer service and an even better deal. THANK YOU!
I just tried to purchase a whole new Kitchen Appliance set at the Sunrise store by Sawgrass. There were several employees could not help me because the large appliances are not their department. I waited and waited no one showed even after two different employees paged someone. what a loss in sales. We left.
I went to your home and garden department looking for a specific fertilizer. The woman who worked at the register, could not tell me if you carried it. She said I had to go inside and speak to a customer service rep. Sorry, that is pathetic, Train your employees!
I do recommend most of the time but this instance we were panicking in South Florida and the Home Depot in Sunrise, FL. I called the store and they told me they just had generators delivered, when I got there they not only sold out but they sold five generators to one person. I just feel like in a time of need like Publix regulating the water they need to regulate generators.

Good custom Hurricane Windows and Doors. Too bad it took 9 months to get them. Glad there was only 1 Hurricane in the interim. It was only a $13,000 order. Glad I had a truck so I could return the wrong sized door and fetch the right one. And the funny thing; no one over there really cares. Cooperate doesn't either, they just toss it back to the store for them not to handle.
I have been trying for THREE WEEKS to reach somebody at this location. No matter what time of the day I call, I always get a recorded message advising that all associates are busy and that calls are answered in the order they are received. There is no excuse for any business in 2018 to be unavailable by phone for 21 consecutive days.
