I bought a Weber grill and got it home and almost finished putting it together and found they gave me a natural gas grill. I took it back and got the one I wanted it was a floor model. I got it home hook up the gas and found the ignitor switch was gone. I called them and asked if I could bring in the front plate and put an ignition switch in and they told me to being it in. when I got there they said sorry we don't have it. It was a 500 dollar grill. I will return it tomorrow and go to Lowes

If I can give it 0 Stars I would. Horrible customer service! Who was the Genius that thinks it’s a good idea to have one person in each department to help customers, then when the employee goes to lunch there is no help available! This is terrible!
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM HOME DEPOT. This store and the staff have ruined all chances of further purchases.
I work there 5 days a week the Home Depot Maple Hts gave me a job 2 years ago when I couldn't find one . My co workers are awesome. Management will work with u o what ever u need I'm very happy there
