Customer Service Lowes had lost my remodeling buisness long ago, due to their customer service, or lack of I should say. If it wasn't for the customer service rep. Lanna and sales rep. Jadie, at the Home Depot in Rowlett Tx., the company would have been out $1600.00 worth of flooring sale. I have been working on my remodel over a year now. RecommendedLooking for a deep freeze and they are sold out everywhere! Called this store husband got a girl named Marina on the phone who informed us they didn’t have any. Gets off the phone with us a few minutes later sees they have just unloaded some and finds our number on the caller id to call us back and let us know so we could grab one before they sold out. Dora and a sweet lady (that I didn’t catch her name) in paint went above and beyond yesterday to help me with a paint order that I was struggling to get placed. When Dora didn’t know the answer, she took my number to call me when she did. She promptly called me back and walked me through what to do. Within minutes I got another call that my order was ready for curbside pickup.
