Great Store This is a fairly new Home Depot. The staff is pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They have the self check out lines which I love. They always seem to be in stock and the stores seemed pretty clean. PROS: in stock, clean, friendly CONS: could have longer hours
Improve by using social distancing when working with customers. Improve by offering cart hand wipes and hand sanitizer. Improve by providing accurate information on both your website AND in your store We are seniors. We needed paint (Behr Marquee MQ3-40 Varnished Ivory) ….we are painting and just ran out. Entered your store and first thing was hand sanitizer over “free hand sanitizer” sign was gone. (No hand sanitizer or cart wipes)…. 1. We headed to paint department. I just wanted to say thank you to the manager and customer service clerk working this evening. Their customer service was exceptional. Often people complain about bad service but never say thank you. These two individuals were awesome. Thanks for helping me with the return with the lawn mower!!
I bring my dogs in with me for the socializing and different noises and we’re always welcomed with lots of pets & treats!
I wouldn't go to this store if it wasn't close to my house. Employees are rude and unprofessional. One with a beard and tattoos (professional) walked away an we were talking to him. Horrific experience
