I have bought and had 2 steel doors installed. The first one was warped on the bottom so a draft occurred until I was able to seal it. The second door I started installing myself, but after so many issues, I had to have a contractor install it. Of course this one was warped as well on the top. But to make matters worse, the top and bottom pieces were cut too long, so that made the door warped as well. Of course we had already glued the door to the bottom so I'm stuck with it.
After I spent around $5000 here I can't return a gallon of paint thats been unused.l amd only 10 days old. It's the wrong color and they won't accept a return of it.
Associates are rude and uninformed. Went for a picnic table and was told they didn't have any. Associate wouldn't even bother to check. Got home and checked website. Apparently they have 27 in stock. Will never go back to that home depot

After just having a horrible experience at a local competitor's store, which left me feeling unwanted and ignored, I walked into your store. I asked one of your employees where I could find the window air conditioners and we were off and running. Chaco Serreno escorted me to them, asked me a series of questions and helped me pick 2 out.
