Employee at customer service was very very rude !!!
The only people working the checkouts are the customers. Sad.

Very disappointed with @HomeDepot bought an off the shelf microwave and they told they no longer give military discounts on appliances. Way to force more people to Menards.
The customer service had no idea what they were talking about and didn’t help me with my problem.

We ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot. no problems with the customer service there. the guys that came to do the install were great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Here is the problem, the store insisted that i buy the piping kit for the ice maker. I have no problem with that. They said if it wasn't needed i would get a credit for it. The installer signed off on not needing it and told me to call the store regarding getting the credit. Please teach your employees social distancing during this time. I had a plumbing issue that had to be taken care of, otherwise I would have avoided being out. I asked one associate a question, he got way too close. Then there was an issue at self check out and 2 girls again right on top of each other and me.
