I'm done shopping here forever. No more cashier lanes everything is self checkout. God forbid you're buying spray paint, wood, or anything thats not a small household item. The people who are supposed to help stand there playing on their phones.
Recommendedthey said they were not "allowed" to cut composite decking. I cried. they cut it. it was two pieces, not a whole deck.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever by a so called manager Yolanda Media (head cashier) over the years I have spent many thousands of dollars just like many other consumers and contractors. After this experience I will never shop at Home Depot again and highly recommend that everyone else go to Lowe's or the new Menards on Brookpark rd. If this is the type of people Home Depot hires and lets them be a manager, then the future of Home Depot is in serious trouble.
How about you tell Bessie not to accuse customers of stealing & demanding to check what's in your pocket! It's none of your business! Then she proceeded to warn us about the cameras. OK AND?! There's cameras everywhere. One day she'll piss if the wrong customer & it won't be pretty! We always go to Lowe's but we couldn't get there in time before they closed & all we needed was a light bulb & good ole Bessie harassed us & accused us of stealing as we checked out! Great service today. I expected crowds and slow mulch pick up with the being Memorial Day weekend but I was out in under 10 minutes. Love the drive thru mulch pick up line. Every employee was friendly and fast despite being busy and hot.
Horrible customer service. I was waiting in line at customer service where two customers were already being helped, but there was a whole crowd of employees that just stood there. When one of the customers left a lady had cut me in line and when I told said I was in line already, she said " I work with her, I'm talking to her. Its ok" So another employee helped me and during so I noticed the lady had pulled out her credit card to make a purchase. I have a question to my friends at Home Depot. Does anyone know if Home Depot can lower wages and other benefits for a full time employee that has been with the company for 34 years? There is no union. I worked with him. I was fired like so many others in the Brookpark store. Seems to me like discrimination of a senior..
