They are very friendly and extremely helpful doesn't matter the reason.
Must give props when due - Home Depot came through in awesome fashion yesterday. Somehow the storm door we ordered was delivered the wrong size. One call to Don at the Burton store and not only was it corrected - he personally put the correct door in his personal vehicle and delivered it within an hour of the call! Impressive! He was so fast to make sure this was corrected. And a shout out to Amy in Kitchen and Bath design - made our counter purchases so easy she was very helpful in helping in my decision on what would work ... read more
