We went in for 3 items, found 2, but had to wait 10 minutes for them to open the aisles, each time. Out of 4 clerks, and walking end to end in the store 3 times, no one knew here were no white “S” hooks. If you don’t know don’t send us all over looking. Learn your store!
I bought some flooring for my bathroom. It is water proof and easy on the feet. It looks just like wood floor. It was easy to put down and it saved me service money.
İt was a great place . My son and I like there. Yesterday we went to there for a kid event.it was a good experience for us. They prepared good things for kids. It was perfect organized.
Went into the store to get flowers for Mothers Days. They were watering the flowers. I proceeded to walk over the hose when the hose suddenly moved causing me to trip and fall. Needless to say I have a nice looking bruise on my right elbow with a couple of bumps and was all muddy/wet when I left. I also left without flowers for mothers day. Not a pleased customer.
So sad today! I had to take down our xmas tree after 9 days! It was a fire hazard as all the needles were plummeting to their death on my daughters xmas presents! Literally piles of needles! This tree will not make it until xmas and I don't want it to burn my new house down! Thanks Home Depot #homedepot for a $40 fire hazard! Tomorrow it's fresh tree farm day for us!
I like the store. The staff seem knowledgeable in their specific areas but not too helpful outside of it, which is fine. They all seem to have a good idea of where stuff is located. And I think the store has a nice layout. It flows well.
You need to train your employees on what you actually stock. Dealt with 2 employees one who honestly told us he didn't know where in the store what we needed. The other argued with us that you didn't carry what we needed.
