You should require your staff and customers to wear face masks! My parents, who are in their 70s, went to your store the other day, and they were dismayed to see that many staff and customers were not wearing face masks. This is ridiculous. You are putting all of your staff and customers at risk of catching and spreading COVID-19.

I ordered a new door and screen door in May. Still waiting for the job to be finished. Home Depot is on my shit list. Don’t order from them. They got my $5000.00 and what can I do but wait. It will be the last purchase I make at Home Depot. I am going to call the better business bureau and report them.
Dear Home Depot. This is the second time I’ve visited the store in the past week or so and only self check out is available. I don’t like self check out at all! I won’t be coming back. Customer service is important.
We have ordered a new screen door and have your reps install it. The guys that took our order were nice & professional. But were very unhappy with the rep that took over a month to get the measurements for the door back to us. We purchased the door Sunday. The in store employee told us that we should get a call in 1-2 days when we will get the door installed. It's now Thursday and were still waiting. Were very unhappy with the lack of timely responses & general communication. We would like to know what will do about this.
