The 3rd Thursday workshop was GREAT! for our Girl Scout Cadette Troop. The great Home Depot crew led by Tim helped the girls learn how to use power tools, measure, sand and work together to create a small book shelf. The girls earned their Woodworking badge and had a real hands on experience. THANK YOU!
Twice we had customers offer to help us when store employees would not!! First time 3 employees watched us struggle with drywall. A customer came and gave us a hand. Waited so long outside for someone to help load the car a customer offered to help load. After the second time asking for help the cashier came and helped. This happened on a Saturday night at 7pm. Not a busy time for HomeDepot!! So disappointed!
Went for an interview. I was told that they would call me for a second interview with the store manager. Waited a few days and no call. I called the store and asked for the assistant manager that interviewed me. They told me he was not in and that he would call me. Did not happen. I have since call their HR person twice and she has not returned my calls either. Unreal that companies treat people this way.
Doesn't allow foreign visa cards or paypal. Do brick and mortar retailers really have to scratch their heads and wonder why Amazon keeps winnning?
When a customer is left in tears due to the mean spirited customer service I received, there's a problem. Thank you to the few who went out of there way to try and make up for how I was treated, but I don't think there are enough "I'm sorry, that shouldn't have happened to you.", to make this situation right.
We recently purchased model #FGHC2331PFCA from Home Depot, which was delivered and installed on 11/30/16. After 30 days of use, the refrigerator has stopped cooling. We've worked through Electrolux customer service for the last 3 weeks, and had two home visits, but still do not have a functioning refrigerator. The customer service manager I've worked with (706-651-7071) has been very responsive, but it's time to replace this appliance. Purchasing all new appliances, only to have a BRAND NEW non-function refrigerator in your ... read more
I was standing at the paint counter when the male attendant saw an elderly man in a scooter cart. He told him his paint was on the other side of the counter, ready. This attendant could not take a second to help put the paint in the gentleman’s cart. I did it. I took the man his paint, he thanked me and I wished him a great day. Then I put my paint back and walked away. I can not support a company that treats veterans this way. Very disappointed in his customer service.
