Was not able to return damaged paint that was not usable. Customer service did not have any idea of the paint return policy and told me to go to the paint department to have the situation resolved. The woman working at the paint counter was incredibly rude and refused to refund or accept the damaged product. it is incredibly expensive paint at $42 a quart. place is a joke. No one working there has a clue
Normally I would say yes to recommending this store; however, after having an incomplete order delivered where you "forgot" to deliver over $300 worth of supplies that were paid for I am seriously having second thoughts about your store and team's ability to actually fulfill orders in their entirety. NOT a satisfied customer.
What is a person to do if they bought an appliance GE Freestanding Range brand new from Home Depot in Bel Air MD to find out it is not working properly.Home Depot will not take it back and had me call GE for service. Have had two service techs out to the house on two different occasions (at their convenience) to have two different diagnoses on the issue. Is it fixed...NO. Now I'm told the part needed "this time" is on back order to the warehouse and will not be there until mid June?

Worst customer service ever! Paid for a patio set and waited an hour for someone to bring it out at 2:30 in the afternoon. And when asked for the manager they said no one was working
After not having a functioning washing machine for a month (1 year old, totally dead), and WAY too many headaches from 3rd party people, the management and staff at this store went far over above and beyond to help us! I now have a working washer (yay!) and I am truly grateful for the courtesy, understanding, and flat-out man-power that was extended to us in order to resolve our situation. Spent 6 hours waiting for an appliance delivery but it didn’t arrive at all. Home Depot kept telling us that it was on its way and it would be there. Since it was for a rental property, It was a waste of my time and tenants’ time!
We were sold a five year old refrigerator and told it was a year old at the Ashburn Home Depot. We didn't know it was that old until the ice maker died in less than a year from purchase. When we gave the serial number to the warranty department we were told the ice maker was three years old and the refrigerator was five and not under warranty. This happened in September and they have still not resolved the problem. Lots of promises but no action.
