absolutely terrible customer service when we ran into an issue with the delivery of an appliance. I cancelled my order and will spend my money somewhere else. I will never shop here again
I've called. 5 times today. Each time spoke to a customer service person. put on hold. the shortest time was 20 minutes. Was never gotten back to. Either train your staff properly, hire more people, or learn how to do your job correctly. I've received better customer service from Verizon, who has some dot head, 4000 miles away, speaks broken English at best answering phones!!!!
Please for the love of god put staffed cash registers back. I have been there countless times and the self check out works poorly, attendants are rarely paying attention. Just today two attendants were chatting it up with each other while I stood there for 6 minutes while the computer told me to wait for an attendant.

Lazy , incompetent employees. Also how the hell do you not have coveralls in stock? The blonde lady up front today 6/30/17 at customer service was horrible. She gave smart assed lazy answers. Fire her. She's worthless.
Just wanted to say thank you Jeff and the Home Depot for helping give our son such a great Birthday!! I've shopped there for many years and have been helped out with all my home project questions. We take our son Minas to all the monthly project classes that they offer for free and there Always so friendly with the kids. I always recommend shopping at places that go above and beyond to please there customers. Thank you again for everything.
