Home Depot in Columbia Maryland Sucks!!!! Spent thousands of dollars on everything you need for an entire home build and the refrigerator breaks 9 days after plugging it in!! The manager Brent, tells you its not Home Depots problem but a manufacturer problem, then he says he'll take care of it. Yay.....Waited 5 days for a new fridge, called back multiple times (on hold total of 52 min ) finally get a hold of him today and he says....Nope not our problem!! Home Depot Shame on You!!!
Went to the store to buy propane, walked up to the self serve exchange and the depot employee was using a key to open the exchange. I asked her is this working and she said yes, I started to swipe card and she then tells me it does not work, and her exact words THE JACK ASSES TOOK THE STUFF OUT. The people working there are very helpful. Kimberly the cashier was very nice and warm. She suggested a good alternate product that was a few dollars cheaper. She also gave me a military discount after she saw my hat. All I did was show her my id.
This is one of the best stores to shop at in Columbia
The Home Depot is my "home away from home". I know where to go to get the things I need.
