RecommendedNot many people, easy in and out
Ordered on line some garden stuff including mulch. They told me it would be delivered Friday. On Friday I got an email saying it was out for delivery - they would deliver between 6am and 8 pm and call 30 minutes before. At 8pm - no delivery. Waited on the phone forever then gave up. Went to check order status and they now have it scheduled for delivery on Wednesday next week. Guess we’ll see since I can’t get anyone to explain to me why I was never told about the switch. My son and I attend the Kids Workshop every month. He loves building and painting his own projects and loves the attention Ms. Marquetta and the other two HD staff give him. They are just amazing- and learn the kids names which make them feel special. Last month we went to a different HD for the workshop and this month he asked if we could go to the other one, “my favorite one” because he wanted to see Ms. Marquetta.
I have never been in a more disorganized Home Depot. The exterior door aisle was separated from the interior door aisle by a garage door supply aisle (?). Can't put all the doors together? There were pallets blocking numerous aisles, not being unpacked. Needed some lumber, the lumber carts were stuffed into a corner covered with cardboard displays. Great free kids activities once a month!
Great store and very knowledgeable employees.
Says they don't have carpet cleaning rental online. Looking right at them. Then when I go to rent one they want me to go to the other side of the building, not at the desk they are located in. Then stand in line for 25 minutes while other people are returning stuff. The manager on duty today I guess thinks he is funny cracking jokes, wouldn't be bad if they were funny. He's the nabor people have you see in the local news starting fights. This place is managed poorly on a Saturday.
