I just wanted to thank Tommy and Damon in the gardening section. I wandered around, lost, and Tommy came right up and asked if he could help. I told him my boss wanted, "Scott's? Grass seed? It's....blue? And something about water on the package?" He instantly knew what I needed. Went into the Columbia Md location today I had to ask a customer service rep 3 times of saying excuse me ma'am she finally turned her head giving me a nasty look a Hispanic looking lady over in aisle 8 was her reply with an eye roll then in the self check out line a nasty older white lady with short hair and glasses assumed that I had jumped in the front of 2 people and got in the self check out line advising me there is only 1 line how is anyone to know that if it is not posted anywhere well long story short I will stick to... read more
Been trying to call Home Depot, Columbia, MD for 2 days to schedule home repairs. Yesterday on hold 40 minutes. No one picked up. Today called twice - on hold 30 minutes combined. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would never recommend this store!
Well I use to work at Home Depot so I know the in and outs. Did a small paint project and they had all the essentials you'll ever need.
Visited HD today for some plants. The cashier Damon in the garden dept. Was excellent. He was very helpful with my elderly mom who was having trouble using her credit card and joked with my son.
They did a great job with the children's Christmas project yesterday which included materials and they were very organized.
