I came to get a grill and patio set and Dana was very helpful! She made sure I had all I needed, she even went out of her way to gather some items for me. Remarkable customer service! I will keep coming here because of people like her!
I asked for help at the store and the store associate laughed at me and walked away. The customer service at the store has been declining for months. I reported this several times to management and nothing is being done. The cashier people are fantastic but it's the customer service people in the aisles in my opinion are worthless.
Awesome! Was there to get keys made...in and out quick. Thanks to the excellent service the gentleman who cut my keys gave me. Love the Dundalk Home Depot!
Cashier refused to mark price down to what it was labeled didn't even call a manager. Just told me if I didn't want it that she would just take it off my bill.

They treat single women who need customer service like second class citizens. They clearly don't want my money if it has to come with a conversation and some assistance.
