RecommendedEboni, Bernard, Barnet, Dan and Christian F at the Dundalk MD location made my day. not only did they help me shop about 5 different orders, they helped me forklift load 36 cases of outdoor lights (an entire store display pallet) into the back of my truck, they gave me a lift when my car broke down, and they helped load about 800 lbs of gravel into my truck. they are so nice and so professional! can't thank this team enough.

not handicap friendly and disgustingly dirty
I ordered paint on line and when it arrived at my home the cans were damaged. I have sent an email about this and have called the customer support # for 2 days in a row. Have been on hold for over an hour. I am about ready to call my credit card company and to a charge back to my credit card. This is very poor customer service.
Used to go here all the time but the virus around they have about 50 people just milling around the parking lot - what the hell is managment doing!
I have been waiting for a 2 day delivery for almost a month. Three missed delivery days were I waited the entire day (6am -8pm) no show, no call, no text, no email. Also no explanation. I was told “ you could probably pick it up” by several people. Everyone realizes it’s harder to get things done right now but there is no excuse for taking people’s money and making zero effort l. Home Depot should make the store virus safe. All customers and employees should be wearing masks and gloves. And keep a distance of 6ft. from each other.No one should be w/o protective gear. That simple........This should be mandatory for all Home Depot stores in the country. God Bless America.
