The assholes at Home Depot had a fireplace delivered to my house and it was completely beat to hell. I knew I should of tore the box open as soon as it was delivered since there was a wrinkle in the box... now I have to wait days for them to pick it up and wait for a refund, than wait for a new one to be shipped... p.s I know it wasn’t the delivery service because I helped unload it because it is so heavy.
Returning a rented drywall hoist was a breeze, Thank you Gary and please forgive me, but the other gentleman who was working the tool rental counter, I didn't catch his name..but both were super friendly and professional. They assisted us in figuring out how to replace the parts of the hoist onto its carrier!
I'm retired military and this store refused to give me the 10% discount for online purchases and I just wanted to ask all veterans to stop shopping at this store until they change their policy!!! Lowe's will honor your service and give you the 10% discount.....shop at Lowe's!!!!

I spent almost a grand at the this branch today and was treated like a common criminal, accused of stealing they made me call my boss to prove I was employed and the client to prove I was their contractor working on their church, then they took my reciept and made me spend an excessive amount of time proving it was mine then said they thought I stole the receipt. >:( The #RacismAtEasternAveHomeDepot couldn't be any more blatant.
When my daughter, Chara, was about 2 her Godfather gave her a smurf-mobile. She loved it. 30 years later Chara has her own godchild, Gideon, who fell in love with her dilapidated scooter. I took it to Home Depot and with the help of Donzetta and Home Depot's amazing team of helpers including Scott and Leon, Chara's smurf-mobile is all souped up! Thank you, a gazillion times, thank you! Wish you could have accepted my offer to buy you all lunch but I understand the pure joy you experienced helping Gideon get his wheels!
