Everything was where was supposed to be good quality tools and good people
Great experience. Shop there often. Only wish appliances where in stock to take in same day.
Melissa the Manager is just awful worse customer service. Rented a tool from them and had to put a deposit down. After the tool was return they said the deposit never went though but the $75 still came out of our bank account. Then was told to wait a few days and it would be in our account... Still not there after over a week. Went back up to talk to Melissa and now we have to have bank statements printed off to show the transaction couldn't they tell us that from the beginning. After a horrible experience with Sears (ordering a stove November 22 and being put off for 2 months for delivery and Sears only suggested was that we cancel our order if we weren't happy with this )..we had the best experience working with a young man at Best Buy , I believe his name was Faisal and the manager Josh!!!! Both very professional and excellent customer service. I give up on this place. Unorganized, employees that cannot speak english. Items double scanned......
Feeling kinda salty about our experience attempting to get kitchen cabinets and countertops installed. Paid the 99 dollars for design services all the way back in August. Took over two months to finally get a quote that was four thousand over the budget we initially agreed upon. Asked for a price reduction however, there was no urgency to work with us. Out 99 dollars for nothing.
