The worst customer service and resolution department EVER! Ordered a washer and dryer set over 3 weeks ago to be delivered on a certain date. I was told it was going to be delivered on time (First from 7am-7pm then 12p-4pm the day of delivery) and they never showed up! Called to see where it was and was told they don’t know and would call me back.. never did . I was scheduled to have a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher tomorrow. I was called today and was informed that the order was back ordered and I will need to wait several more weeks for my items. I already donated my old fridge and stove and now have nothing. I have 2 children and I don't know how we will be able to eat. this is unacceptable.
While checking out today, I asked the cashier a question about the Home Depot credit card. I mixed up my words because I had a Traumatic Brain Injury, but before I could explain why I used the wrong words (I used cash back instead of percentage off) she was very rude, and pointed out I was in the wrong (i was) I guess this cashier is never wrong, and never makes a mistake!!
