Home Depot sells returned items that are missing pieces. And they don’t inform you it’s a returned item. When you call to ask about it, you will be treated like garbage.
Customer service is absolutely horrible. The store manager Jay is absolutely worthless. We come in your location following the mask guidelines and you still allow people running around no face mask. There is no social distancing and brought to management attention. Jay says we are not enforcing it due to people causes issues. Jay is extremely rude and condescending! I will let 10TV news know exactly what your up to.
Went to this store today and I saw the signs you must wear face covering. We get into the store and find had the store were not wearing mask. We were checking out and a couple was right up on net. My son had to say you need to social distance and if curse no masks. I called and spoke with Asst. Manager Jay who is beyond worthless. I ask why were customers allowed in the store with no masks on. got a gallon of paint from them and they didn't mix it. asked for a refund they said they could fix it.. that's great but my time is worth money. lowes or menards from now on.. I shouldn't have to make to trip for you to do it correctly
I've had continuous problems with my Columbus Home Depot store allowing an authorized buyer to make purchases on my commercial account. Managers seem to be unable to, and largely disinterested in, solving the problem. It's gone from frustrating to costing me money. I've told managers that I'll have to go to Lowe's to set up a new account with them. No problem
Customer service sucks have to purchase and forced to pay for delivery since they don’t carry appliances in stock!
Between Lowe’s and Home Depot depot I would go to Home Depot the only one that came up to help us when we are in Home Depot so I recommend Home Depot
home depit quit giving all veterans a discount. I use to spend thousands in this store annually. Now Lowes gets my money. I always get a veteran discount at Lowes.
